About Shado Organisation
To promote education by providing scholarships to students, providing free educational resources or training programs.
Respected Dr. Bospali Gnaneshwar Rao garu, along with his dedicated group of friends, has been selflessly serving society for the past 20 years through the SHADO (a non-proft organization - Reg. N. 1615/2005) Social Human Awareness Developement Organization. Their service is carried out without any discrimination of caste, religion, community, or social class, reflecting a strong commitment to unity and humanitarian values.
Through this organization, several meaningful social initiatives are being implemented. These include providing educational guidance and academic support to students, as well as offering skill development and vocational training programs to young men and women, enabling them to become self-reliant and better prepared for employment opportunities.

Orphan Care & Education
We work actively for the education, care, and overall development of orphaned boys and girls, while also striving toward the eradication of child labor by supporting children.
Medical and Health Camps
We organize free medical and health camps to provide basic healthcare services, health check-ups, and awareness programs for underprivileged communities.
Food Support Program
We provide daily food assistance (Annadanam) to poor, homeless, and elderly individuals. This initiative is aimed at addressing hunger while upholding human dignity and compassion.
Skill Development
We offer skill development and vocational training programs to unemployed youth and economically weaker students, equipping them with practical skills to improve employability and self-reliance.
Housing & Legal Guidance
We provide free housing-related guidance, vastu consultation, and basic legal advice to poor and common people, helping them make informed decisions and access justice.
Employment Drives
We organize job fairs and employment drives for unemployed young men and women, creating opportunities to connect with employers and secure sustainable livelihoods.
Mass Wedding Support
We extend support to poor and disadvantaged brides and grooms by organizing Mangala Dharana and mass wedding ceremonies, reducing financial burden on families.
Social Contributor Honors

Green Campaigns
